After a year away from home, I was eager to see how my ginger was doing.
Despite the clayey earth, it was thriving!
I dug around the edges, and snipped of a small piece.
I feel absurdly proud of my little piece of ginger.
What should I make?
A veggie potjie was the obvious and delicious choice 🙂
